A company is looking for a Senior Director, Patient Recruitment
to oversee study recruitment strategies for clinical research.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement frameworks to meet patient recruitment
goals
Lead the Patient Recruitment team and manage the study recruitment
portfolio
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure high
performance in clinical trial recruitment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of patient recruitment experience
Prior clinical trials, healthcare, or virtual care experience
Experience in managing a global business
Strong experience in people change skills, including influence and
team collaboration
