Job Description:
A Boutique Family Investment Office located in Palm Beach, FL is
seeking a new Full-Time/Permanent Receptionist to join its growing
team/new office! This person will sit at the front desk and report
to the VP of Operations who is lovely! Candidates must have a
minimum of 1-3+ years of applicable entry-level
reception/administrative experience and a Bachelors degree is
strongly preferred/required. They should be extremely polished,
professional, positive, proactive, and possess excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work
independently and as part of a team. This is an incredible

Salary depends on experience (55-75k base), 80% company paid
medical/dental/etc., very generous PTO policy, etc. Hours are
9:00am-5:00pm. 5 days in office (M-F).

Responsibilities: Responsible for phone coverage and general
administrative support. Screen, answer, and route incoming phone
calls. Respond to and address emails and inquiries. Welcome, meet,
and greet guests and receive deliveries. Support pre-meeting set up
and arrange catering, refreshments, AV equipment, etc. Order,
purchase, and stock office supplies. Facilitate office repairs when
needed, liaising with office vendors/maintenance staff when needed.
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, and coordinate
outbound package pick up. General maintenance of office as it
relates to copiers, conference rooms, etc. Assist with ad hoc
projects as needed. Provide ad hoc support for the VP of
Operations.
Required Qualifications: Minimum 1-3+ years of applicable
entry-level reception/administrative experience. Bachelors degree
strongly preferred/required. Extremely polished and professional.
Someone with a positive attitude and proactive nature who is
comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team.
Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, and
communication skills. Hands-on problem solver and flexible team
player with a &can do&attitude. Strong Microsoft Office
Suite skills.
